We now offer blast pot customisation with no additional labour cost. Select your options, and we'll sort out the rest!
- 100L Sieve - Designed to work with our 100L blast pot. Made from high-quality steel, this durable sieve sits perfectly on the rim of our Redline pots, helping to remove foreign material from reclaimed abrasive and facilitating easier pouring.
- Pressure Regulator and Gauge - A rugged 1½-inch pressure regulator, designed for abrasive blast machines, delivers precise control over working pressure for abrasive blasting. Ideal for ensuring consistent blasting performance, protecting nozzles and surfaces, while reducing media waste and blow-back.
- Blast Pot Lid - These lids prevent moisture, precipitation, and debris from entering the blast pot's pressure vessel. Moisture of any sort can severely damage a blast machine, especially when it comes in contact with abrasive media inside a pressure vessel, causing it to set. Using a lid on your blast machine can mitigate the risk of damaging your equipment. This means less downtime due to maintenance and, ultimately, long-term cost savings.
- Pressure Relief Valve - The pressure relief valve is designed to protect abrasive blasting equipment from dangerous overpressure. It automatically releases excess air to maintain safe operating levels, preventing system damage. A reliable pressure relief valve is critical in abrasive blasting, where consistent airflow and controlled pressure deliver optimal blasting performance. This valve safeguards your investment and helps maintain smooth, uninterrupted blasting operations.
Air Quality Testing
- Operators MUST test their breathing air equipment every 3 months or 400 hours to ensure HSE compliance. If you'd like to book a Breathing Air Quality Test, please fill out our contact us form.
