The Cool Air Tube Assembly cools compressed breathing air coming into respirators by as much as 32°F (18°C) and features an airflow regulator which the operator can adjust to suit their requirements. Combining this with the proven safety and comfort of the RPB blast helmet range ensures user comfort even in the most extreme temperatures, ultimately increasing productivity. The tube is manufactured from tough engineering plastic for added durability and all parts are easily removable for maintenance and cleaning.
